Inspired by our love for each other, and for our nerdiness. I've decided to build us a home on the internet. A home for our stories, our memories, and our future. We can use this space whenever we want, however we want.
I'll start by writing down some of our stories and some of our favorite memories. This website is always a WIP and is never MECE (sprinkling some consulting for the vibes).

We met. For the first time.
We've talked about this day many many times before, but it still feels surreal. I had known about you for 3 years (you did too hehe). And it felt like we've known each other already. I'm so grateful for October 19, 2023 because it introduced me to you Mawadda.

Our first ever 1-1 date (because our first outing was a group outing - with our siblings!).
"Mmkn a2akelek dy f bo2ek?" It's okay, let me be a little nervous - you meant a lot to me and I was trying to figure out how to be a good date.

The day I literally sprinted from D2 to change from my pjs to something presentable to watch you play basketball.
I'm ngl my heart was beating so fast when you were about to play. I felt a lot of emotions watching you from far. Pride, excitement, nervousness - I knew that I'm fucking in love with you.
Our first ever hug... I knew my hugs thus far were bad (I know). But when I watched you play, felt that many emotions - I genuinely felt something else Mawadda. I knew that I wanted to hug you so good that day. I wanted you to feel all the emotions I felt watching you play.

January 8, 2024
We're back on campus after a 3 weeks break where we really missed each other probably for the first time.
I taught you some boxing footwork and the jab cross! It was so much fun and an AMAZING bonding experience. Every new sport that we try together is a new memory and a new bonding experience.

Back at dragon bao bao again! Our comfort food that no matter where we go, dragon bao bao is always better than.

Spending our mornings together... one of the things that make me truly know that we're each other's person.
Why?
Because I'm the type of person who loves waking up early and catching the morning. I love being active and exercising because it makes me feel so good. Then, I love myself a good good beast's breakfast. And I love enjoying the morning's vibes and air before the sun comes up.
And so are you! I'm telling you, we MADE for each other baby.
What I've shared so far is not the full story, nor all of our memories. They're just the tip of the iceberg. I'll keep adding to this page as we go. But I want to make sure that I don't add them in a rush and that I give every memory the attention it deserves.
I actually made this website to... tell you about our future dates plans. So here we go:
December 8, 2024
The day we met again after 3 months of not seeing each other.
- 10:00 AM: Ahmad moved from Abu Dhabi to Dubai while Mawadda got ready and prepared for the day.
- 11:30 AM: Ahmad arrived at Burj Crown.
Hearts were beating fast, we were both nervous but excited.
- 11:35 AM: Ahmad and Mawadda met and embraced for the first time in 3 months. It was an embrace of relief, excitement, and love.
- 12:00 PM: Had brunch & coffee at a cute place with a beach view on a promenade.
- 4:20 PM: We headed to watch something very close to your heart.
Name of the place was left a mystery on purpose.
What we watched was left a mystery on purpose. I had booked the tickets already. It was a very special screening for the most special person in my life. You loved it, I'm sure.

Being in the same city>>>
Being in the same city means we get to meet up on random days we don't have plans on and spend time together.
It's so much fun spending time together and doing unplanned cute things.

One of the most special days (argualby) of our relationship ya Mawadda. A day that started in a perfect way and continued to be perfect till the last moment.
Literally 10 am to 12 am.
I'm not gonna do much talking abt this day. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

What a special day. I wish we could celebrate our anniversary every day together like that day ya Mawadda.
But we celebrate our love every single day we spend together.
I pick you up from your place and we head towards our first destination of the day. We're going jet skiing!
We look so cute in this picture my love. And I love how excited you were! I'm so proud of you always being down to trying new things together.
This picture is so wallpaper core. It must be hung somewhere in our home in the future!
I'm not the hugest gift person I know but I love it when we get each other things that we know the other person will love. Those moments are so special and getting ready for a dinner date together is one of the most special moments for me.

We're growing up together and experiencing life and new things together. From graduating together, to you getting your job and moving to Dubai (alone :( without me), to me getting my job and then going to NY then coming back, and me getting a new job again and being back in Dubai together again!
We might be the couple with the most events happening to them in the past 6 months than any other couple in this world. But we're on a ride together ya Mawadda (lfg lfg lfg)!
The view was beautiful and the fact that it was quiet and peaceful made it feel like we were in a different world. A world away from the hussle of the city. I wanna go to places far away from our world and explore the world with you.
Mawadda, this is literally just the beginning of our story.
